SOME NEW OLD PICS

Now these pics here are almost 2 weeks old! Trying my best to stay caught up, but I think I need to hire an assistant. Grandmas, come back!!

We had a great time with Annie, Elizabeth, and Francesca Schenker when they came to visit. Here are some pics from that day

Mia's getting so big now. I think she was still in the 10lb range when these were taken on June 12th. She's now 11lbs 12oz! Here we enjoy some early morning couch time.

It's always great to have people visit. Mia really enjoys getting to know her family. Here she enjoys a nap on Grandma Donna's lap.

In the morning, we love to take Mia in bed with us to play. Sometimes she falls asleep in our arms and sometimes she's in the mood to play.

She's also getting very verbal and will have lengthy coversations with us.

Usually it's about what time she gets to eat again.

This is heaven.

FIRST BBQ OF THE SUMMER! We dusted off the grill that was in our yard last week and enjoyed some good summer time food!

For the Dads

I want to dedicate this Father's Day blog to my Uncle Maurice, who passed recently at the age of 93. He loved many things in life, especially his two daughters, Maureen and Elaine, and his wife, my Aunt Helen. In life he was filled with the light, always smiling with a twinkle in his eye. He brought joy to all who knew him and he is sorely missed. He joins his brother, my Grandfather Nick, and I know the two of them are siting back, enjoying a nice cigar and smiling on us all today.

Memorial Day Remembered

Apologies again for the serious lack of blog activity around here. We enjoyed our Memorial Day visit from Aunt Elizabeth and her family. Mia got to meet some more of her cousins.
